915507 / 915510 – Austlift Double Head Tripod
The Austlift Double Head Tripod is a portable anchorage system designed for confined space access, fall protection and rescue applications. Available in 7 ft (915507) and 10 ft (915510) models, the tripod features an adjustable telescopic design and integrated head pulleys for routing compatible winch or retrieval lines. The 915507 adjusts from 1.15–2.15 m, while the 915510 adjusts from 1.90–3.07 m.
Each tripod is supplied with two quick-mount brackets fitted to the tripod legs below the head pulleys. These provide convenient mounting positions for compatible Austlift winches and retrieval equipment.
Compatible equipment:
- 915506, 915508 & 915509 Austlift Winches – these winches are supplied with their matching quick-attachment bracket fitted and can be mounted directly onto the tripod's quick-mount bracket using the locking pin. The winch line is then routed through the appropriate pulley in the tripod head. The tripod manual shows this direct mounting arrangement.
- 915320 20 m & 915321 30 m Type 3 Retractable Fall Arresters with Retrieval Function – these units cannot be fitted directly to the tripod quick-mount bracket. A 915512 Retrieval Block Mounting Bracket must be purchased separately. The 915512 attaches to the tripod's quick-mount bracket and provides the interface required to securely mount the 915320 or 915321 retrieval block.
The tripod manual specifically confirms compatibility with the 915506, 915508 and 915509 winches, and with the 915320 / 915321 retrieval blocks when used with the 915512 Retrieval Bracket.
Accessories Sold Separately: Compatible Austlift winches 915506, 915508 and 915509 attach directly to the tripod quick-mount brackets.
915320 and 915321 Retrieval Blocks require the 915512 Mounting Bracket, sold separately, for attachment to the tripod.
