RETURNS

To return an AUSTLIFT product: You must request an RFC (Return For Credit) receipt before making a return. To obtain an RFC receipt simply contact customer service on 1300 100 120 at your local branch. Please be sure to be ready with the date of your purchase, invoice number, item code, quantity to be returned, and why you want to return it. The RFC receipt, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place and/or included with the returned item.

 

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned with a valid reason and must be made within 7 days for incorrect supply and 30 days for incorrectly ordered or change of mind.  All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. The items must be returned in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned and the credit will be denied and the returnee will be given the option to have it returned at their cost.

Incorrectly received Quantity
Change of Mind (incurs a restocking fee 15%)
Incorrectly Ordered Item (incurs a restocking fee 15%)

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 7 days for incorrect supply and 30 days for incorrectly ordered or change of mind. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for a return. Any special custom built orders or cut lengths of chain are also not eligible if ordered incorrectly or change of mind.

 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee if they are for incorrectly ordered or change of mind . We do not reimburse shipping charges. Austlift will arrange and cover shipping for the return of incorrectly supplied items only.
