The Austlift Adjustable Lifting Bridle is designed to provide a secure and versatile connection between a compatible basket stretcher and a rope hoist, cable or other suitable lifting device during rescue, recovery and confined-space operations.
Featuring four individually adjustable webbing arms, the bridle allows the stretcher angle and elevation to be adjusted to suit the rescue application. Each pair of arms should be adjusted to the same length to maintain the stretcher level from side to side. The individual arms offer up to 1 metre of adjustment.
For quick identification and correct installation, the bridle uses colour-coded webbing, with yellow straps positioned at the head of the stretcher and black straps positioned at the feet.
Each arm terminates with a Large Steel Triple-Lock Karabiner featuring a 44 mm gate opening, providing a secure connection to the stretcher.
