The Austlift heavy duty weld on ring has 2 points of welding on each side to ensure the uniform and efficiency of the force distribution. 

 Manufactured and tested in accordance with 2006/42/E Machinery Directive EN ISO 12100:2010 EN1677-1:2000+A1:2008

  • Forged alloy steel is used for manufacturing
  • proof tested to 2.5 times of the woking load limit
  • safety factor 4:1
  • fatigue tested 20000 cycles at 1.5 times of the working load limit
  • batched numbered with test certificate for tracebility
  • Ring can pivot 180 degrees to minimise head room and tripping hazzard.
